Well I play softball on Tuesday nights and so I change into shorts after work and my shoes well let's say they do not really go with shorts so I call this look dorky Jock lol...

First day of NFL season and I can finally take some chill time after a long work day... Good to be here to do the work :)

Day 252 - Chillin on top for the hill

This week I turned 40 and supposedly I am now over the hill -- WELL -- This morning in 9 degree weather with wind chill -10 - this OLD man took his kids sledding  and yes I sledded too -- I wanted to show you you are never over the hill as long as you go to the top of the hill and you are not under it LOLOLOL!!!

DAY 250 - Chillen Old School

Today is my 40th birth day !!!!! I am so very Happy to be here to celebrate this day! I should have died as a child due to sickness - I should have died as a teen due to sickness - I have been in car wrecks and I have had Colon Cancer --- YET I AM STILL HERE :)) --- I love being OVER THE HILL AND NOT UNDER IT!!! Today's Chillen pic is going back in the day with a PAY PHONE!! it like me is not a new thing - they are all but gone now but yet this one is still HERE (good for it) -- SO here is to being 40 and seeing a Pay phone :)

Day 246 - Chillen with My son & Super Bowl

OK well like most of the rest of the world I was watching the Superbowl tonight - My son, My father-in-law watched the game my wife mother -in-law watched the commercials and my girl was wondering around -- OK my pick of best Ad - M&M's IT's that kind of party!!!

Day 245 - chillen and Nerf

Today was a good day - my daughter and I set out this morning on a treasure hunt at flea market and a few estate sales - We dug and bartered and got some good deals on things we needed but also on some good Ebay selling stuff :) -- then home in time to get My sons Birthday party ready - he and his friends had a good Nerf war - so after they all went out side and mom and I cleaned up the house there were two loaded Nerf guns on the counter and my wife and I had a all out WAR - which I won lol --- so chillen with the Nerf gun...

Day 244 - Chillen with Viagra

REALLY I hope you have a better view of me than what you were thniking --- LOL --- Today I had some extra time so I wnet to a few junk sotres and I found this Viagra clock and it was still going and going and going but after 4 hours it dials 911 --- LOL -- I had to say it -- anyway I could not pass it up I probably will sell it on EBay but I might just keep it for the laughs --- well until tomorrow stay chilled ---

Day 225 - Chillen and Swedish Fish L Jelly Bellys

Well today was a hard day - I got up early oh around 9-ish - then made had some breakfast - then well took a nap then ummm oh yeah watched Playoffs in my comfy pants -- Then we got ready for church group then we watched some Muppets WOW tough day LOL -- I chilled with some of my favorite candies - Some Swedish Fish and Hot Cinnamon Jelly Bellys :)))

 

Day 224 - chillen with Winter Fun

It was a fun day! We got up this morning and texted our friends and packed up the kids to go sledding - we got about 3 inches of snow - FINALLY ! We got to the hill near the beach in our Town for about an hour of sledding to honest with you sledding is not my favorite winter activity fun going down but walking up not my thing LOL -  But as you can see in the picture I got on the sled with my daughter and chilled on the way down the hill ONCE then I took a bunch of pictures LOL -- 

Day 214 - Chillen and a Chopper

Well another day of back to back to back clients with issues and concerns - but over all a good day - Got home in time to see my daughter flying her toy helicopter like a pro - I tried and all I got was  spinning out of control mess - THIS IS A BIG BLOW - I am now past the age of new TOY's NOOOOOO - I will master this and try to keep up with all the new gadgets I WILL I WILL I WILL --- well at least I will try but it will sooner or later sink in that I am the old version of the techno geek - I learn faster then others my age but still process at 1/3 the speed of a 10yr old modern child in technology SIGHHHHHhhhh - I will come ot term with my out dating -- SOMEDAY for now I will fly and crash this stupid toy until I get it LOLOLOLLLL

Day 212 chillen with the Muppet's

Today is the last day of vacation - That means the real world and all the stress and problems come flooding back in tomorrow - sigh - but today I decided to hold that door closed for one more day - In the AM I helped my 10 yr old girl dig down to her floor in her bedroom to clean it up - then we had some lunch and headed off with the kids to the $5 matinee at the movies - We watched the Muppet's I love these silly liittle things they make me laugh and that is according to the movie the 3rd best thing in the world right behind babies and Ice cream :) --  The movie started VERRRRRRRYYYY SLOOOOOWWWW I was like OH NO the screwed up the Muppet's but then about 15mins in they started to be the good fun laugh inducing Muppet's that we all love!!! We came home and my 14yr son grabbed his Muppet DVD set and we watched another 2 hrs of fun!! Well after chillen for days it is time to rejoin the rest of the rats and chase the cheese again --- As Fozzy would say - I just can't Bear it - waka waka :)))

Day 203 - chillen On Christmas Eve

Simple today had ---- NFL + Family + Food + good health = 100% awesome time to chill -!!!!!

Day 201 - Chillen & movies

Well when you have a house full of sick people and yourself is not feeling 100% you do what we did - we watched movies -- Smurfs was 3 out of 5 - good for kids not as bad as I thought it was going to be - and we watched Kung-Fu Panda 2 this was a good sequel 4 of out of 5 good for the whole family :) - that is the the picture - PO AKA Jack Black - is a fun lovable super hero that is goofy fun ---

Day 192 - Chillen with Jerk

you know this morning I am on the way to the GYM and window is cracked and that cost $45 to fix - Tomorrow another $50 for front end alignment - last week $70 for two used tires and insurance company lowered our benefits because they forgot to tell us something so all my follow up testing has to be held off until April- and the month prior $400 for other repairs - people close to us are having hard time with work issues and and and - SIGH --- wife says WHY do all these thing pile up around Christmas it just seems like.. STOP I SAY to  HER -- simple reminder that --

If one is alive and well enough to keep trying then all these things are just minor inconveniences - yes stressful at times in comparison to things we had to fight through 3 Christmases ago (being told I had cancer and treatments) these things are not ALL that bad :)

SO here today after another long day -- I eat supper and chilled with some home made Venison Jerky - no I did not get the deer - but it was a good way to chill after supper none the less...

Day 189 - Chillen in Fankenmuth

Well we made a HUGE goof up today -- NEVER NEVER EVER go to Fankenmuth Mi on a Saturday in the month of December - there are something like 100,000 people in this little tourist trap town... Plus to top that off we went to Bronners Christmas Store - This is a fun and very cool place!!! We started two years ago with a new family tradition of going there and each buying a new ornament for out tree - after I went through cancer surgery and had started treatment - This is the third Christmas since life changed -- still cancer free and still VERY thankful to God for that - I hope I can add 40 more ornaments to our family tree :) ---

Anyway - I have never been in a store or anyplace like this one today - you had to move around in the store like cars on the highway you had to merge and put hands out to get in the flow of people - and let others take turns walking into line - I had to get across the store to get the var and I thought I was in a human moving maze -- NUTS ---

Well here is my chillen pic (though I did get a tad stressed in this chillen day lol)  near the locally famous fried chicken place Zehnders - I have never had the chicken there cost to much for us right now but I hear it is yummy - Glad to be home really chillen now!! -

Day 188 - Chillen @ Jazz Lounge

Well today my office out on a holiday/Christmas party and it went very well -- but after it was done it was nice to come home pick up my wife and go out to the Winery - it is a local wine/micro-brewery lounge - It has live music on Saturday night and you can get 4 wine sampler and sampler of their micro-brews I prefer ales and stouts - they have very good spinach cheesy dip  -- tonight they had a jazz singer and she was not bad -- so here I am really chillen and sooo needed after a loooonnnnggg week :)

Day 176 - Chillen & Non-Naked Tree

Ok well lets make this one simple - Last night I posted my naked tree and it has tied for the all time most viewed chillen pic I have done so far!! I don't know if it was the word naked or what that triggered the views but I thought I had better follow up with the dressed tree  LOL -- Stay chilled you all --

Day 175 - Chillen and x-mass Lights

Today I am chillen with the First night of the lighting of the 2011 Russell light decorations...  Well we have a few more things to put up but this is a 95% of the stuff - LOL crappy picture but again it is just a reminder to always take time to relax and enjoy the DAY!!!

Day 174 - Chillen & a Naked Tree

Well Thanksgiving is done and NOW the Christmas season is under way- I do not have a problem with the fun stuff like decorations, and snow - BUT I HATE HATE TOTALLY LOATH the commercialism of the season - None the less -  My wife anf daughter put up tree tonight with no decorations so she could train the cats not to climb it first - All is going good but I still say once the sparkly and dangle things get on the tree the cats will attack - lol --
