To be honest this is not been a day that I have been able to hold to the true meaning of Chillen feet - in fact with all the stressors and problems that hit today I was on the opposite end form chillen - BUT - I have made a promise that I will never let a day go by that I do NOT chill at least for a few minutes - so tonight I went out and sat down outside the garage and watched the sunset over the suburbs - not the same as a nice beach, lake or mountain sunset but at least it reminds you to CHILL and that life still goes on with all the problems and everything else that life throws at you!!! Enjoy the sunset and my moment of chillen in a day of chaos!!
