Day 114 - Chillen and healin

Today I was getting ready for work then I bent to pick up a piece of paper and by back decided not to strgihten up pp so that meant I spent the day Chillen on the couch with heat and ice OH yeah and pain :)
So I got to see all the new TV shows that I never watch - I have to say so far I know why I don't watch TV - if they joke were not about sex then they were about well nothing - over all it was a waste of time and killed brain cells - SO -- back to the comforting world of READING :)
