That is right a statement - that says - I understand in this world of rush rush hurry hurry I can take a breath each day and realize that I need to take a breath and chill out - just STOP moving and let the body take a short break!
So for the rest of this year journey I will be living a lifestyle that at some point some where everyday I will be doing just that and I will share it with anyone that will look! Take time to chill for a few minutes everyday you deserve it no matter how important or pressured you are you can reclaim a few minutes of your life by just chillen!
Today my feet and I hit the ground running @ 9am and had training all afternoon but today I took my chillen time right at work before my training :) -- It feels good to realize that no life can be paused for a minute or two ANYPLACE where and when you can...:)
